3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

3.2 Custom-made or handcrafted products may require extended processing time, which will be mentioned on the respective product page.

3.3 Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

8.2 Once delivery is confirmed by the logistics partner, Tharagais shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage.

9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

9.1 If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery, or
  • Record photographic evidence and contact support within 24 hours of delivery.

9.2 Claims raised beyond the specified time may not be entertained.

10. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders may be marked undeliverable if:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unreachable
  • Restricted delivery zone

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of shipping charges and logistics handling costs.

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
